Terms of Service
These Terms govern the Inspiration Hub mobile application and this website. The operator is DREAM WHEELS GROUP INC., 36 Rockland Dr, Jericho, NY 11753, USA. By creating an account or submitting a request, you agree to these Terms.
1. The service
Inspiration Hub provides administrative support for professional drivers in New York, membership, and informational listings for vehicles and TLC plates. We are not a law firm, an insurance carrier, a government agency, or your employer.
Administrative help covers drug-test assistance, insurance-related assistance, traffic-violation assistance, and other driver administration requests. We do not guarantee a government, insurer, or court outcome.
2. Accounts
An Inspiration Hub account is separate from any trip-taking app account, even when the mobile number is the same. You must give accurate information and keep your sign-in details confidential.
3. Administrative requests
Amounts shown in the catalog are estimates. They are not the final charge. After you submit a request, the amount due is shown in the app before any card payment. You pay that confirmed amount to DREAM WHEELS GROUP INC. The charge is not taken on a service provider’s own card terminal.
Work begins after the card payment is confirmed. If you decline the amount or cancel before payment, you are not charged. If the card payment is not confirmed, the request stays unpaid.
Government, insurer, or other third-party charges may be billed separately. Once those charges have been paid to the third party, we generally do not refund them.
4. Membership
The price, term, and benefits are shown before you pay. You start each purchase and each renewal yourself. Membership is not charged by automatic repeat debit. The term begins or extends only after the card payment is confirmed. You may let a membership expire.
5. Vehicle and TLC plate listings
You may browse listings and submit an inquiry. An inquiry does not reserve the listing, create a lease, or complete a sale. Rent, deposits, and purchase prices are not charged by card in Inspiration Hub. Prices on a listing are for information. A separate written agreement, if any, is outside this card payment.
You may cancel an inquiry before it is completed. That cancellation does not undo a lease or sale signed outside the app.
6. Payments
Card payments are in U.S. dollars and are limited to administrative service fees and membership fees. You authorize the amount displayed at confirmation. We do not store full card numbers or CVV in our application database. Refunds are described in the Refund Policy.
7. Acceptable use
Do not submit fraudulent requests, abuse staff or service providers, or upload another person’s documents without permission.
8. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided as available. To the maximum extent allowed by law, our liability for a request is limited to the amount you paid us for that request during the prior 12 months.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA, except where mandatory consumer law applies.
10. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms by posting a new date. A material change to what you pay will be shown before the next charge.
