DREAM WHEELS GROUP INC. (“we”) operates Inspiration Hub. Mailing address on file: 36 Rockland Dr, Jericho, NY 11753, USA. This policy describes personal information we handle for the app and this website.
1. Information we collect
- Account details: name, mobile number, sign-in credentials, and membership status.
- Requests you submit: form answers and documents you upload, such as notices, license images, insurance papers, and TLC records.
- Device and usage data needed to run the app, keep the session, and protect the account.
- Payment records: amount, currency, status, processor transaction identifier, and the last four digits if the processor returns them.
We do not store the full card number or the CVV in our application database or application logs.
2. How we use it
We use this information to create and secure accounts, handle administrative requests and membership, show the amount due before you pay, send service and expiry reminders, prevent fraud, and meet legal duties.
3. Who receives it
- Service providers who perform a request you submitted.
- The card processor and banks involved in that charge, refund, or dispute.
- Professional advisers and public authorities when the law requires it.
We do not sell personal information as a data broker.
4. How long we keep it
We keep request and payment records for tax, chargeback, and bookkeeping needs. That period is measured in years, not days. We delete or de-identify other information when we no longer need it for the purpose collected, unless the law requires us to keep it.
5. Your choices
You may ask to access or correct account information through the app or by emailing operations@inspirationtravel.world. Some payment and request records must be kept even after you close an account.
6. Security
Access to driver records is limited to people who need it to operate the service. Card data is handled by the payment processor. We do not put full card numbers in application logs.
7. Children
Inspiration Hub is for professional drivers. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
